OPI Dutch Tulips Nail Polish Review & Swatch

I apologize for the lack of updates on my blog. I have been quite busy with my personal life these days and my nails were peelings so I was taking a break and letting my nails breath.

I got this bottle of OPI Dutch Tulips a month ago. It was on clearance at my local London Drugs for CAD $5.99. I believe this was part of OPI’s permanent line. However, since it is on clearance, I’m not sure if that means it will be discontinued.

The moment I saw the bottle I knew this is gonna be the perfect bright spring/summer colour. The photo doesn’t really do justice to the colour. I would describe the colour as in between hot pink and fuchsia.

The application is wonderful to work with. No bubbling or streakiness at all. I used 2 coats in my photo but this can be a one coater.

Overall: 5/5 – one of my favourite colours from OPI for sure!

Nicole by OPI Find Your Passion Swatch & Review

Things got busy these days. I had Nicole by OPI Find Your Passion on my nails for almost a week now. It is a coral/neon pink creme. I wasn’t planning to use this polish. But it was my best friend’s engagement party over Easter weekend; I had to go with bright nails 😉

I got this polish a long time ago at Superstore when it was on sale for $2 off.  This polish applies sheer. I had to apply 2 really thick coats in order to reach the desired opacity. The brush is the same as OPI’s wide brush, which I really like.

Wear time is 5 days without chipping. Photo is with OPI Envy as base coat & Seche Vite top coat. I don’t have much to say about this polish other than I like the colour and it is great for spring/summer.
